Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Bugs & Technical Problems Missing Character Portrait

I realize there was another thread for this but sadly nobody but myself responded to the original poster's question and it has already vanished onto the third or fourth page without an answer.

I'm currently playing a customized version of Ifan and his character portrait does not on the left hand side of the screen. His companions all have theirs, but mine is just a blue box. Nothing I do seems to work, has anyone gotten this as well and does anybody have a solution?

I am having this issue as well. The character portrait for the main character (Fane in my case) has no face showing on both the main screen and inventory. There is just a blue background. I have a screenshot if needed.
