The Respec Mirror does not allow a character to distribute more than 10 point in a single skill, while bonuses from gear and Lone Wolf trait count towards it. So, if a character has 0 in a skill and gear with +3 bonus to a skill, they won't be able to add more than 7 points to this skill in magic mirror (even though they should be able to add 10 points).
It's possible to simply reset all points and distribute them in the inventory screen (where everything works fine), but it's a bit annoying.
