I'm, right at the end of the game, and have killed all 5 black ring members. I have also pressed both levers, although you don't get told you've activated them which is an improvment I'd like to see.(if I press them twice are they deactivated?).
I have found the room around where the main enemy will be, as a green dot represents this. 2 Statues are around it, yet there is no doorway entrances, and I can't find a way to get in. I would persevere, but I have searched around in this area for 5 hours and am getting fed up of it, which is a shame as prior to this I had really enjoyed the game. What hasn;t helped is my graphics card, I can't see where doors and walls are, I just have to wander around....
Does anyone know EXACTLY where this final enemy can be found..... You'll need to be very detailed, as I virtually know where to go ... I just can't get there..

Also, if you click on the other side of a wall and there are any hard-to-see doors in the vicinity leading to that location, your character will automatically start moving towards it.

Thanks, this is indeed where I thought the room was, but the doors haven't automatically opened. I have found both levers and pressed on them several times, but perhaps I have de-activated them. I thought, as with other times in the game that you would just have to press them once, and then you couldn't de-activate them by accidient.
However now i know that this is definetely the way in I will keep trying the levers until the way opens.
and yes........... that was exact enough Thanks

I'VE DONE IT
For some reason one of the levers hadn't been activated, even though I pressed it, and even marked it on my map as lever 2.
Despite this I enjoyed destroying that demon at the end, although was surprised at how easy it was.

Sorry about the delay in responding Kabuti......................... I was to busy saviouring my moment of glory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I finished on level 44, which I think is a bit lower than most since I didn't hang about once I assembled all the council members, I just went into the main quests, despite having sub quests still to complete.
In a way i'm a bit gutted to have finished the game, as I tried to prolong it as long as possible due to having no other games to play........
Still not long to wait now. What level did other people finish the game on?

It all depends what is perceived as being better, a higher or lower level on completion.
A higher level will mean that you completed more tasks, killed more monsters and in a way acheived more in the game.
A lower level will indicate that you played the game following quests of your choice, and even though you didn;t have the skills/stats that you could have acheived if you did everyting you were still good enough at the game to complete it with inferior stats/skills.
I'm not saying that the lower the level of completion the better the player, but certainly the more challenging the final encounters would have been!!

hmmm...maybe if you finish at a lower level the second time...the first time is all about getting to know the game, knowing what the skills do, having as much experience as you can... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mage.gif" alt="" />
