I can't get into lucians chamber without it it does not work when I press the switch. And it has full power so what is the deal here!? it says times of use 1/5 is that the problem? I even put it in the slot above it and it still does not work.

Basically, you will need to fill the amulet up using source drain. And to get into the crypt, it requires Scroll of Attonement and a fully charged Source Necklace. Fairly easy to find.

Should I try to find ghost or puddles of source?

I figured it out! For anyone that wants to know use it on dead bodies.
