Instead of items + skills being added to the action bar whenever they're picked up, make it so that only skills are added. That would fix that issue entirely.

In other news, I keep having abilities vanish from my actionbar, which is quite odd indeed.

I can't stress enough how irritating it is to constantly clean up my action bar. I have no idea who implemented this "feature" but it's mind-bogglingly bad.

At least add an option to turn it off, seriously.

EDIT: Did a bit of research. Turns out, as always, modders to the rescue. Search for a mod called Tidy Skillbars on Nexus. It's a lightweight config file mod that changes the value of "AddToBottomBar" from yes to no. For each item. Skills will be auto added to the skill bat as usual.
After applying the mod and starting the game you will get a warning that you can't use it in multiplayer though.

A semi-fix is to move all your skills and items to Hotbar 3+ so you never have to see all the stuff added to Hotbar 1. The downsides are that you need to manually add skills, and that Polymorph skills get added to Hotbar 1.

I could have sworn I saw a 'card deck' system in the pre-release footage somewhere, a way we could easily manage our set ups and action bars for on the fly changes. Maybe I'm crazy, I just thought I had seen it.

That would have been a nice change, a massive quality of life one.

Beyond that, I've encountered plenty of bugs where there's no voice acting.

I'm starting to wonder if when the power went out, that they lost the most recent version they were working on, and are frantically working to fix it back up and release it as a 'new' update. I wouldn't say that's bad, and I'd understand the necessity of releasing on time, along with the difficulty in admitting the issues, the game feels polished the first half or so, but after the Reaper's coast it just falls to pieces. In particular, Arx is extremely unstable performance wise (less than 30 FPS, I'm usually getting 60+), along with the balance of the enemies there being rather disliked. Some of the enemies are reasonable, but why in the hell is everyone and their third uncle a sourcer who can wield powerful spells to drop an entire group of godwoken to their knees with one cast?

And why does a Demon have 34k armor with 30% armor restore after every cc, wtf?
