In 6-plus hours , including 5 level-ups in Ft Joy Mona always had the exact same Necro books with zero change. In 4-plus subsequent hours on driftwood map including 2 level-ups, both the Driftwood necro manager and the witch NW of Driftwood also have zero change in books.

This is almost a game breaker as I was searching for a necro book of Rain of Blood much needed for some quests. (BTW -- not yet discovered recipe for rain of blood SCROLL so I could craft the book.)

Question -- is this a bug, or a change to DOSEE where vendors seemed to restock every hour (real time) or also and after lever-ups?"

They REstock, but they do NOT change types of skillbooks - meaning that you can buy more of the same book over time, but you will not get new books until you reach some level (I think that vendors started offering more books since lvl7 or so).

Also, rain of blood isn´t necromancy spell. Its crafted spell, made from any water skillbook+any blood skillbook.

he means necromancy.. combind any necromancy skillbook with a hydro skillbook in the crafting menu to make blood rain... alternatively you can find a blood rain skillbook on the table of the room by the weird priest/judge magister guy up the ladder to the side of the main fort... you can use teleport from the teleport gloves to teleport you up knock down the ladder and use the key from migo quest to unlock the door.. inside on the table is the blood rain skillbook.
