Hi There!
My main character was suddenly unable to interact with anyone or anything. So following a little back and forth in my saves I narrowed it down to Nicholas in Driftwood.
After he tells me about the powerful, healing adventurer he encountered and the log entry "Powerful Awakening" pops up my character starts having the problem.
I uploaded a save from just before talking to him. At least for me the problem is 100% reproducable
