Today we noticed that when pulling up the crafting menu, all of our recipes reset and were lost halfway through the game. When creating new items we can re-learn the recipes by combining the known items correctly, but the entire list of previous recipes learned from books and guessing is gone. No reset/reload has fixed this for any character.
