Restoration granted from Astarte's Tears is greyed out and unusable on my hotbar. Here's how it happened:

I had Astarte's Tears equipped and 0 points in Hydrosophist.
I equipped a +1 Hydrosophist item and learned the four level 1 Hydrosophist spell books, including Restoration.
I removed the +1 Hydrosophist item, played without noticing Restoration from Astarte's Tears had bugged, and saved.

So now I can ONLY use the skill book version of Restoration, which requires me to have +1 Hydrosophist. Pretty annoying.

Tested it with a dagger that granted Sawtooth Knife to confirm. Same bug (did the same method but with +1 Scoundrel).
