When I bless the blood it stops there. Can't complete the puzzle.

Try it multiple time, It did the same for me :)

Bless it multiple times or make it flow to the bowl multiple times?

I ran into the exact same problem and it took me way too many attempts to have the blessed blood reach the final bowl.
I blessed the blood on the grate and immediately restarted the console. It took a couple of attempts because the blessing wore off but I made it in the end.

I had this bug as well. How I fixed it; Go to the hall of echoes, recruit a non-undead follower from the lizard. Strip your follower of all armor, place your follower on top of the grate, bleed him/her, bless your follower while bleed is active.

I also read that this can happen if your game isnt running at normal speed, like if you're using a mod that speeds up the game or cheats etc.
