I found the brew and fed it to Geraldine, and he turned into a human. But when i try to feed another potion to Mabel, i choose the option "Feed her the Potion" and she appreciates it and says "It is working" but she doesn't turn into a human and the quest doesn't finish.

I'm experiencing the same thing.

Did you make the second potion after looking the recipe up online? I don't have a character with both the scholar and mystic tags so I ended up having to do that online. It's possible there's a quest trigger related to deciphering the book that needs to happen.

Same here, not sure how to progress in this quest.
