So he has 11k health, 17k armor, 22k magic armor.

With a horde of helpers, did I mention that they have access to about a hundred potions and scrolls that they will use during their 8 action point turns?

Or that they have no apparent limit on source skills, or regular skills?

Their helpers are all cc based, always survive with 10 health only to be randomly full healed.

This is after he's been weakened (50% of all stats, he normally has double these stats).

Not a fun fight when he's resistant to most damage types, has high damage, and has 6 perseverance (that is they restore 30% of their armor after being cc'd, to put that into perspective, after they've been armor buffed by fortify which they will, their armor will go up from 0 to 7k).

The whole point IS for the game to be fun, I'm playing on Classic Mode. No other boss in this game has been this ridiculous stat wise, not that I've encountered at least. It's not particularly enjoyable, and I'm not underleveled, nor is my gear poorly optimized.

What will happen?

Well 20 FULL turns (rotations of every single character once) will pass, and he'll be randomly casting a source skill in between chugging down potions. After that, you'll start to run low on supplies, your magic shields will dip after an epidemic of fire reduces them to 0, then your entire group will get feared by horrific scream by one of his minions, 2 turns later, whoever is still alive, will be frozen by a minion, after that scream seems to be back up, feared again, you're definitely dead by now as the boss randomly decided to stop chugging potions, and instead began spamming scrolls and spells, oneshotting the group.

It's a tedious fight, it's not enjoyable.

People complain about the crocodiles, at least the crocodiles aren't wasting an hour of my time until at last, when I finally cc them, they recover 7k armor, which is 7 turns worth of damage approximately for one character, considering his high resists to magic (and magic potions), and lower armor values, it's impractical to use spells against him at all.

Yes I know, I can do way more than 1k damage a turn, but I'm extremely limited in source availability, eventually, unlike the boss, I run out. Even then, if he's cc'd by me or one of his goons, he will recover back that much armor. He also can heal himself, apparently, to the tune of 1k per turn (he cast regeneration on himself, I didn't notice if it were scroll or skill itself).

It should be a memorable, enjoyable fight. Instead it's tedious and boring, an extremely lengthy fight against a foe that isn't interesting in design or in fight.

A good example to take from for clarification of an interesting but difficult fight, would be the Dragon in Dragon's Dogma, Grigori is a memorable fight, with a fight that transitions through multiple stages, whose power is unquestionable, and takes a loooong time to kill.

For example, if you had 'splintered soul fragments' laying around, without his minions interfering in the fight, generated by doing damage to the boss, surfaces that when you step in you gain a stacking buff (lasts until end of fight where it vanishes), it would be something like 'the spirits cry out for vengeance against him, use their power to slay him', then that would be an interesting mechanic you hadn't done before.

It just needed something different, he certainly shouldn't restore 7k armor whenever he get's cc'd, wtf.
