So im at last City area, but i find myself source staved, theres even a quest that needs 5 source points, havent found any fountains yet.

There should be enough corpses lying around to use with Source Vampirism(any battle, also a lot of bodies at the harbor). Otherwise in the Nameless Isle you could've picked up some purging wands too.
