Are you looking for an atmosphere that sets the default lighting for the entire cellar? If so, you can test out existing atmospheres using the
Work Atmosphere Panel and if nothing there suits you, you can
create your own.
Once you determine which atmosphere you want, you would need to create an atmosphere trigger with the desired atmosphere that covers your cellar.
The other option, if the cellar is the only thing in your level, is to change the atmosphere of the level using the
level settings.
