Got a Hail Storm scroll (it's an upgraded version of Hail Strike that drops a ton of Ice) and tried to craft it into a Skillbook but nothing I tried worked.
(Tried combining Hail Storm Scroll, High Tier Blank Water Skillbook, Blank Water Skillbook, 3 types of Water Essences and Source Orbs in all possible combinations to no avail)
