I went in to the tomb when I first got to the island but then left because I couldn't complete the quest since I didn't have Spirit Vision. Then I came back to finish the quest once I got spirit vision. Now when I try to give tarquin the one piece I got all he says is second time the charm? And I have the option to tell him I've only got one piece of Anathema. I never went to bloodmoon island or whatever this place is and I have no idea how to get there. If I hadn't gone to outside sources I wouldn't even know that I was supposed to go to bloodmoon island. How do I go to bloodmoon island to get this second piece?

Edit: Tarquin is also on the ship deck not near the graveyard for me.

I used Spirit Vision and talked to a spirit in the crypt. Try that.
