I can set Damage Modifier and Damage to any number I want and it still results in small in game DMG numbers like 5-6 or 0-2 or 2-8. Meanwhile, take Electric Discharge for example, it does 15-17(roughly) damage, and this with 90 Damage Modifier and 10 Damage Range. So I'm obviously missing something with my custom skill.
Basically I want to create a skill that does a flat damage value. Not affected by level or intelligence.
