Discovered a frustrating bug - I received the "Rooted" talent on Sebille's quest line, but after going to respec out of bartering, the "Rooted" talent permanently disappears from the list, losing 3 memory slots after respec'ing. Even if I avoid touching memory attributes, or talents, and just try to respec my civil abilities only, "Rooted" is lost forever and my skillbook becomes broken w/ 3 slots missing.
Please fix!
