Hello, I'm planning to use Ifan as a Conjurer with hydromancy. The question is, should I put points in Inteligence ? Most healing restores a fixed number of health. Not sure how effective is offensive water magic.

Healing and defensive abilities aren't reliant on INT at all. The ice spells are though.

I'd suggest Conjurer + Necro over Summoning + Hydro and a little in the other trees to support your summoning. You can still get the healing abilities from Hydro to support your summons if you want.

Necro has a lot of abilities that mesh well with Summoning.

Hydro goes better combo'd with Aero, so you can freeze or stun to your hearts content.
