Hello,
When you ask Djinn for "wealth" you got Stolen Amulet from him and even after selling him guards still stop you like every 10 minutes and when you let them search you, they find it even when you dont have it already.

You can get around by clicking "refuse being searched" and after click "approve being searched" and then they dont find it anymore.

Anyway they still come again after a while.

Thanks for the semi-workaround, Seiken. I'm also encountering this issue. I received the "bad" wealth reward from the djinn, the permanently "stolen" necklace. I sold the stolen necklace but am still accosted by guard NPCs regularly. If I let them search right away, they find the nonexistent necklace and I am forced to bribe or do a persuasion check. If I refuse to be searched first then let them search, they do not find the necklace.

After being searched and learning that the necklace is stolen, the party is awarded experience but the quest "Wishing Faithful" remains open in the journal, even if the player sells or drops the necklace.
