This has some spoilers regarding Gareth (A1+A2)
...
So we save this guy's life and help his people escape. Then we bond even further in the boat battle. By this point we haven't only saved his life twice, and his people, but also kinda entered an alliance right? Wrong.
Me and my friends meet Gareth in A2 and we decided to enter a house guarded by 2 paladins by teleporting inside. Why? To kill some silent monks. So the silent monks are basically lobotomized braindead sourcerer zombies that servers the magisters. They are the god damn ENEMY.
What happens? Gareth and his paladins tries to kill us!!! So we discuss this on discord and we all agree that if this damn twat decides to try and MURDER us despite us saving his life and saving his people, for killing the enemy - the he deserves to die. So we end up killing Gareth for his treachery.
This simply makes no sense from a story/character perspective? Is this a bug? Did Larian mess up with making his character sensical? I just don't get it.
