It is confirmed in the Red Prince story that the dragons all turn into lizard race and that he will be the one to bring the dragons back with his child.
But why does Slane completely disappear after Act 1 and never ever mentioned even with NPC? Why is he not even mentioned in the story with Red Prince? The guy can turn into a dragon, after all. He probably has a chance of birthing dragons as well.
Dallis can also transform into a dragon as well for some reason.
With magic and abilities like that around, one would expect it to play a major role at some point but nope, just good old "Fly away and disappear" and unless you play with the Red Prince around, they will never be mentioned ever.
