It's just annoying to be FORCED to take elf not to miss out on content.
Especially with elves being fucking horrors instead of the pretty things from D:OS1

And just recruit elf companion and be golden!

You will lose some content anyway, as you cant have all the companions

Yeah but I don't want the stupid elf companion nor do I want my own character to become a horror movie monster. Though I guess that works with the whole "corpse eating" thing...

Do you realize, that using mask of shapeshifter -> elf -> gives you ability to eat body parts without missing content?
