I see this when I enter the underground hatch next to Lucian's shrine in Fort joy:

Any idea why this might be happening? I tried removing all my mods, but it made no difference.

Found the issue.

In case anyone else is getting this: unselecting 'Light Shadows' in the graphical options seems to fix it.
