I am a fan of DOS and I have been looking forward to helping with the Chinese Localization. I saw your plan of implementing Chinese Localization. As there are a lot of fans from China requesting CN Localization on Steam, I want to take part in this work. I have been a memeber of a non-profitable voluntary localization group for several years and I am confident that I am capable to translate most of the content.
If there are some other volunteers who are cooperating with you and are working on this I am more than happy to join them and make my effort.
