Recently got to the end of Act 3 and I am in The Arena of the One, everything works fine until I interact with the Wellspring. Dallis appears and her first little cutscene plays, but when she goes to destroy the Well there's no cinematic and I'm left in a state where the arena isn't destroyed, all the NPCs are passive, and I can't leave.

Essentially something is meant to trigger, doesn't trigger, and now I can't proceed in the game at all. Tried reloading much earlier saves, restarting computer, running as admin, interacting with the Well with all four different party members, nothing seems to work.

If it helps any: it appears Alexander isn't being teleported into the Arena when he should be, I feel that may be causing the cutscene of Dallis destroying the Wellspring to not happen.

Anyone run into this problem and have a way to fix it or am I simply stuck waiting for a reply to my support email?

If this is still around in the future, I found a somewhat fix to this problem: If you engage Alexander before teleporting into the Arena of the One and kill him, the game will play the cutscene appropriately and allow you to move forward.

I have this issue too.

After 77 hours, I am completely stuck at this part and the game will not advance.

(I killed the Sallow Man and Alexander is alive and waiting to take the test with me, but he simply does not appear in the Arena whether I convince him to support me or not. I tried killing him and the other participants before the test as well and get the same result. Nothing happens after the initial cutscene with Dallis. I can walk around, attack enemies, everyone just stands there)

I reloaded from an earlier save where I didn't kill the Sallow Man and Alexander appeared in the Arena and the cut scene continued as intended and I was able to progress.

Edit: I've been trying other saves to see what causes this issue. It is unrelated to killing the Sallow man.

Edit 2: The game gets stuck because Alexander is supposed to be in the Arena where he is killed by Dallis, but since he's not there, the game won't progress. As for why he doesn't show up, I cannot say. I reloaded an earlier save, did everything the same things as I did before and for some reason he shows up now.

Edit 3: All my saves after the arena crash while loading.

I have the same problem, but i killed Alexander at the elven temple and brought his head to the Sallow Man (who i killed as well afterwards).
When i interact with the wellspring the interacting character gets zapped and Dallis and her cloaked figure appear, i get a few seconds of camera movement but no dialogue voice or otherwise whatsoever.
After the camera movement the game is back to normal, interacting with the wellspring does nothing and Dallis just stands around.
