I can't speak for Larian, but I suspect they may be slightly preoccupied what with last week's release of D:OS II. They're otherwise generally pretty good at communicating but I'd suggest giving them a few weeks until things have died down a bit and maybe trying again.

Oh I see! Well yeah, I'd still give them at least a couple of weeks, I imagine they're up to their eyeballs in support tickets and stuff at the moment. Who'd be a game developer?
