Those two Talents don't work together in the way you're thinking. When Comeback Kid triggers, it prevents you from dying. So it doesn't trigger Unstable or Morning Person.

I think, and I haven't done it myself, but Necromancer+Retribution and really good gear gets you through most of it. I know of someone using that build (necro/warfare/retribution/shield), who said "I can stand there and basically finish the last fight by buffing myself"

your gonna have to explain a little better than that lol.

retribution alone won't cut it for a lot of undead who deal poison damage. as decay doesn't work for that damage type anymore it seams - looks like it only applies to true healing from hydro/first aid/potions.

I also think you're going to need some perseverance to avoid chain cc.

lone wolf is a given. living armor and picture of health if you pick up warfare might not be a bad idea

That's probably the best build for soloing tactician. Dip into Polymorph for Lash, Chicken and various utility. Dip into Geo for Fortify and Reactive Armor. I prefer Pawn over Executioner and a dip into Scoundrel gets you Adrenaline and Cloak and Dagger. Probably want the rest in Warfare.

I'd probably go custom for Dome or Red Prince to Demonic Stare.

The biggest issue with soloing is just going to make sure you get new gear all the time to keep up with the crazy gear curve.
