Managed to bug both of these quests:
Treated Like Cattle is bugged since I didn't figure out how to make the second potion at first and only turned one cow to human. Later I made the second potion according to the Internet but the dialogue just repeats and the cow never takes the potion. I even tried to find the recipe book from the cellar on a vendor and then used Fane to progress the quest by reading the book however the the dialogue to give the potion to the second cow still just repeats.
Speaking in Forged Tongues I somehow managed to lockpick the chest in the middle of the fire without any issues and even though I used Fane's mask to get the password from the Lizard I cannot progress it. Chest is already opened so I guess that's the breaker.
