My character I created has no voice. Does he get a voice? If so, how do I turn it on?

My main character isn't voiced in conversations but will make random remarks about this and that, very similar to how it was in Divinity 2.

Aye, what Vometia said. I thought that picking an origin as my main character may have played a role, I'm not sure what happens when you pick a custom character. Do custom characters have their own voice actors/actresses?

Yeah, I decided to start with a custom character and she has a voice: again in common with Divinity 2 you get a choice of three(?) voices each for male and female with a selection of random dialogue, sometimes to nobody in particular though occasionally they'll have a text-free discourse with one of the others.
