Hello Community, first post!
I can't play the game before next week, and I need some help regarding character creation.
Please avoid spoilers in your answers!

I've seen that Lohse's inner demon sometimes forces dialogue choices, but what about other origins?

If I choose e.g. Sibille as main, am I somehow forced to play as an "evil" character? Do I have to be rude when talking to Lizards? I'm aware I probably can't finish her personal quest without harming some evil lizards, but what about other situations?

I played a game as Sebille. You don't -have to- kill the lizards but you do get optional dialogues with most of them to initiate murder. Aside from a few Sebille-story essential NPCs though you don't have to go the psycho-murder route if you don't want to, but then why play that origin character? She's made to be a psycho!

In general you can murder anyone in the game (except for Malady) and still continue the story. you will miss out on some quests that way, but hey -- if you want to play 'the ultimate psycho' I applaud the game for allowing you to do that.

Her origin video isn't exactly precise regarding her alignment, that's why I ask.
I know she's out for revenge, and her first dialogue (as far as I've seen on youtube) shows she isn't exactly an easy person to deal with, but it remains unclear wether she's kept some sanity internally.

As far as I understood, that's up to you when you roleplay Sebille... there are a lot of situations where you can show understanding, compassion or even forgiveness despite her having every reason to turn psychopath. You can, however, also choose to squish the eyeball of a lizard... while it's still in his head. I'm currently playing her as very ruthless but not necessarily evil. I have never felt railroaded so far (end of act 2), and there has been no indication that this might change.
