Without equipping shields, you will get sucker punch as a
passive skill for 1 handed which very handy for crowd control.
However it poses a very high risk, so I want to suggest if its possible to create like an armband or a reinforce form of bracer to be an alternative gear for the offhand slot.

I think it can be slightly weaker than the shield but offer some stats and I hope this will encourage players to try 1 handed with no shield to make use of sucker punch more often.

For the most part I only have seen players sucker punch by unequiping their 2nd weapon or shield. Aside from that the only real advantage to a single 1 hander is the low ap grenades talent.

An idea to make one one-hander useful is to make it apply a 'duelist stance' that reduces dmg taken and increases dodge by 10%, as a trade-off for lower damage and armor. Sucker punch is a very nice idea to not make one-handers completely obsolete but so far I found that two-handers are just better in every way, unless you're a dagger rogue.
