Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Help/Tips/Tricks Act 2 - Cannot progress further, Malady missing

[SPOIILERS]

I have unlocked my third source point slot, and have spoken to Meistr Siva's spirit. I am supposed to tell Malady what happened in her cellar, but Malady is missing from the Lady Vengeance. Gareth and the companion seller is there, but Malady is not. I looked at a youtube video of the last conversation I had with her and it doesn't say that she leaves for any location in particular. Is my save bugged? Thanks in advance for your help.

I believe she specified "If i'm not around, ask the lady vengeance to summon me"

She also returns there if you finish the Bloodmoon Island.
