So like you maybe read my previous topic about HOW BUGGY THIS GAME IS i have to start from the very start =.= Now i dont want any companions so i have less to be bugged.

Whats the best solo Lone Wolf class to play? My guess is Scoundrel + Necromancer (for lifesteal) Rogue/Shadowblade, anyone who runned this game solo Lone Wolf can maybe share his experience?

The problem with relying on necro to heal yourself is that
a) You only heal yourself after you start dealing damage to the target's health
b) You can't heal armor, meaning if you can constantly bring yourself to full health, you're subject to chain CC

Since you want to do solo, regardless of build, you should consider having lots of ways to restore armor and even some Perseverance to avoid stacking CCs.

Now, I was wondering if I could play a solo game on Honour mode as well. I was willing to do an Undead Summoner/Necro, but I'd probably be using a few mods. Even without mods, Summoner/Anything should be a good idea, since stacking 10 summ is possible by level 3 with Lone Wolf and it doesn't require any main stat, meaning you can go combo Summ with anything you'd like.

Didnt know about lifestealing. That's kinda ruining my plans (i didnt started yet so everything can be changed)
But still, how about Rogue with Necro? Rogue have multiple piercing skills (piercing means avoiding armor and dealing damage straight to health) Does piercing works with Necro?

I really wanna make stealth gameplay, since iam bored of mages/summoners/spells
My choice gonna be 100% Undead, but class and class progression is still something i am thinking about.

Uh. I'm not an expert on lone wolf, much less tactician/honour mode, but playing a rogue in my current campaign I'd like to toss a few ideas into the ring:

- There is only one piercing ability in the rogue toolset ('sawtooth knife') that's reliable, the other being 'rupture tendons' which is contingent on the enemy being stupid enough to run around. Both have significant cooldowns. I guess you could use them as healing cooldowns, but, as Zerd said above: Life and death usually hinges on you having armor to avoid being CCed. Healing in this respect, esp. as a lone wolf, is trying to fix a ruptured dam with a wine cork. You absolutely need ways to restore your armor (e.g. through warfare (shields up), or geo/hydro).

- Stealth as a gameplay choice is... let's say... ambitious. I've spent quite a few hours trying to make stealth work properly and at this point I'd rather just drill a hole into my knee and pour milk through it. It is painful, and unless you only want to use it to skip enemy groups entirely, I would advise against it. It's a terrible and borderline useless mechanic in combat. (Sadly as I may add, as I love the stealthy rogue archetype.)

I guess, summoner is one of the stronger classes for lonewold, because you reach far easier level 10 for the empowered incarnate and the stats boost can be doubled with maxed out summoning. And goind damage reflection second probably will make AI more hesitant to attack you.

I started the game as Fane Shadowblade, Lone Wolf + 2 Finesse and +1 Wits. Almost finishing Fort Joy right now, zero troubles and it seems pretty easy.

Terodil, in my gameplay Stealth doesnt mean avoiding fights, i fight all of them, just using invisibility from all sources and i got Flying from polymorph so my route is:

Backlash, Throwing Knife, Hit > Chameleon Cloak (invisibility)
Since i play alone and i am sealthed noone can do anything, 0 damage taken so they all pass their tour and i start again:

All in > fly away most likely to high surface so they have to make long route to attack me.

Goes pretty easy for now, we'll see if that gets any challenge hard level any further in the game.
