Throughout the beta, people kept pointing out that Encourage was underwhelming. It was carried over from D:OS 1 without apparent changes, and in that game, you started out with a base of 5 in attribute points and got them at 1/4 the rate you get them in D:OS 1.

At level 1, Encourage gives +1 to each of STR, FIN, INT and CON, all yours for 1 AP and a 6-Turn cooldown.

I am told that at level 22, that has improved to +2 STR/FIN/INT (+10% boost) and +4 CON (+28%). By that time, you will have acquired 42 attribute points naturally. That still seems kinda underwhelming given how high your other attributes will be by that time anyway.

My suggestion is that Encourage should gain an additional +1 to STR/FIN/INT/CON at levels 5, 10, 15, and 20, where it caps at +5 to all (or a +25% boost to primary stats and +35% to CON).

Thoughts?

It costs 2 AP for something which does low damage and is ridiculously underwhelming compared to Polymorph's Medusa Head. It should be reduced to 1 AP. One other thought is that it could possibly lose the damage so it can be used as an emergency status remover and blocker on an ally.

I'm okay with a small buff even if the skill doesn't seem that bad. Also keep in mind that enemies who use Encourage will also benefit from them.

Instead of more HP i would add some dodge, hit chances or resistances in the mix. Or grant a "Leadership Stat +X to the caster".
