Just been told undead are not supposed to bleed. While this is correct in combat as my undead avatar doesn't produce blood from being attacked. They however don't have immunity to bleed (tested and bleed applies) and maybe suffocation or drunk (have not tested these two). Some other undead NPCs seem to also be missing these upon inspection using examine.
