Flurry was an amazing skill that was a great reward for getting a high level in man at arms, at least in divinity EE. However in Div 2 it seems to be lackluster, even detrimental to use. Though this seems to be a common trend with source skills, many don't seem to be worth the cost for what they do. Flurry takes this a step further by being unworthy of its massive ap cost even if it didn't have it's ludicrous 2 source requirement.
From what I understand, flurry attacks 5 times for .5x weapon damage at a cost of 4 ap and 2 source, for a total of 2.5x weapon damage. so you're getting an extra .5x weapon damage over using standard attacks at the cost of TWO source points. Keep in mind flurry has no other effect like a knockdown, and at a cost of 4 ap you cannot move before using it normally. Nope, the only thing this skill touts is "massive damage", which it really seems to do a poor job at.
A simple fix for the skill would be to make it deal full weapon damage for 5 strikes. For the cost of two source and 4 ap, this should be the standard. Other source skills should be buffed as well, I don't really feel the "Godly power" flowing through me when I cast bless or summon artillery plant.
Oh yea, all in, don't use it.
