I sold a coin purse to an NPC and their gold somehow got placed inside of it. Now I can purchase items from the vendor but I can't obtain any gold from them as they can't access their gold as it is in the purse. This seems to occur if you give them a coin purse and leave them for a while. I believe something triggers them to update their inventory and it shifts the gold into the coin purse.
The only way to fix it currently is to purchase the coin purse which is worth the total value of their gold.
