We just beat the game on honour mode and neither one of us got a achievements for it. But we all got the achievement shortly before for siding with the doctor.
Before we had the issue that the fight after talking to Lucien wouldn't start(everyone was neutral) so we had to force attack Braccus to start the dialog. Maybe that's the reason but idk.
Our savegame is just before entering the last area.
It's just really sad that we have wasted like ~100 hours in honour mode and do not even get the achievement for completing it at all in any difficulty.
