Can someone assist here?

Every time i try to move from act 2 to act3 and cutscene starts mine game crash with this error message and i got no idea what to do to fix it:

Runtime Error!
Program:
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

i tried reinstall game, turned off mod for 6 party members, tried with just 4 ppl or with no items or money too and still getting same error.....
