There is a cursed paladin in Arx who is cursed and cannot be blessed. Seems like she's been Sworn and then didn't fullfil the Covenant, like player can and also be permanently cursed, but you can't use Swornbreaker on her or anything and i have no idea if you can help her.
Did you find a way to cure her or anything?
