When I was looking into tag points (and created
this mod), I didn't see a way to add tag points to Origin or non-Origin heroes. I think the best that could be done is to either use Cheat Engine or add a scripted item or ability that adds the tag. There's already a debug book that has a dialogue menu for adding tags, by the way. But this does not occur in character creation.
