The solution is better legal actions against pirates networks, not punishing honest players. For example...?

No, no, "legal actions" against whole networks are useless. Remember the Hydra from ancient greek mythology ? One head was cut off, two more grew after it.
Furthermore, whole networks include everyone - it's like "inherited sin" to everyone who has access - like Adam & Eva with their "inherited sin" after eating from the forbidden fruit.
No, the only solution is - imho - to put into the heads of all those pirates who justto it for lazyness that copying games will relut in no games anymore, because the company goes bancrupt. No-one wants EA to flood the gaming industry with games, but that would be the result (in the end).
This has to be taught the pirates that copying is harming small, innovative companies rather than big, block, monolithic companies with no sense for innovation at all.
That's my personal opinion.

What do you mean with that ?
Yes, there are bugs in it (I still haven't got the game), and yes, they released the first Patch.
I assume that they will be fixed when the English version comes out, so we Germans are at the border frontline.

There are indeed bugs in the game. The most annoying bugs are plot stoppers, which are available in Act2, 3 and 4. The plot stoppers in Act 2 and 3 seems to be fixed in the first patch. Some people still have problems with the copy protection. There are also a lot of very little issues (like updating the quests in the questbook in the filtered options etc.) but you can play the game and with the patch then you have more fun than before. I must really admit, there there's a high rate of quests in the game and it's hard to get it bugfree, it's simply too complex.
As far as I can say Act 4 has really genius quest and puzzle design, haven't seen such a quality for a long time in the RPG genre

When I look at the german forum (can't read it anyway) it looks like it is suffering from the "bad voices thread" effect. Theire were multiple threds saying how bad the voices were that it overshadowed the demo (wich was very good) It basicly seems like everyone focuses on the bad thing. So my question are the bugs that bad. Are their main quest stopper for instance? what is the biggest bug? I assume that they will be fixed when the English version comes out, so we Germans are at the border frontline. The patient men are rewarded edit: @Nemisis_Dragon:thanks for the answers. So Act 4 really has you screaming for you mommy? IMHO theire should be more non spoiler (teaser yes) reviews on this forum.

There's no voice in the german version of . So nobody can say that it's bad @Nemisis_Dragon:thanks for the answers. So Act 4 really has you screaming for you mommy? Rumors (confirmed by an employee in a local shop) say that voices were too expensive for Ubi.

So basicly we with the english version will have a bugfree game with voices. Patience really is a virtue.

In the german version how hard is the game. Are the end bosses realy as hard as shrimpo said they were or are the just a little harder to kill then the normal monsters. On a scale from 0 to 10 how hard is the hardcore mode. 0 being "I coughed and he fell down" and 10 being "Did they gave this end boss the imortal status??? And killing him is like killing a lion with a feather".

I had no problems with Kiya boss but the last boss is invincible for me (tried about 2 hours now a way to beat him, really frustrating), he looses no energy at all. But well, Hellfighter had no problems with him, because he had choosen the right skills before. For me the game is now over, I can't continue

That hard? Wow seems shrimpo realy has outdone himself.
Start over? Is it that bad when you don't have that "silver bullet" skill. Hope you find a way to get past it. I suppose that the unlearn price is a bit much now. I hope the battlefields will help you for leveling up and gold for unlearning skills.
I heard kiya say once that the know creature is usless because once you kill a monster theire weakness appears in the dairy. But I think that with certain monsters the know creature can be handy.

My mage Nemisis has 16 free skillpoints, but there's no way to get this special spell. The battlefields don't offer powerful spells. Another fact is, that my characters aren't too weak, the problem is that the endboss don't loose any energy at all. I definitely will play the game a second time, but then it will be the US Version, that's for sure!

How far in the game are you actually (Act 2?)? To restart the game is a drastic solution. How long have you already played the game?

How far in the game are you actually (Act 2?)? To restart the game is a drastic solution. How long have you already played the game? I'm near the end, it's the last boss in Act 4. And the spell I need is only located in Act 2 (balancing Larian ???). And I really don't want to start over only because of the lack of balancing at the end of the game. Maybe I'm too dumb to find the trick for the end boss, but I think the 2 hours I offered are more than enough for just one enemy
