Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General Dark Souls Easter Egg

In Act 4 in the sewers of Arx you can find a campfire with an uncoiled sword sticking out of it just like a bonfire in the Dark Souls franchise. Thought it was a cool find myself. It is a room you have to utilize something like Phoenix Dive or Cloak and Dagger to get to. The place to jump through first is the door on the other side of all the pressure plate poison traps (not the one you would go through normally to proceed for your quests) You could also use your pyramids if you want to toss those around but the other way is easier. The uncoiled sword you get has trash stats but its a cool easter egg nonetheless.

Also I think I've found 2 more easter eggs (not Dark Souls related).

A couple lying near the river (Just outside Paladin's outpost or whatever) - Romeo & Juliet?

Tower with dead dwarves and eagles(? if i remember correctly) in graveyard - LOTR/Hobbit. I swear that on top of this tower I was like "dayum son, I am on top of Orthank?"

I think that's just a dwarf thing.

I believe there is an easter egg right at the beginning of the game when you wake up on the ship - the greening skull that you can interact with lying on the shelf next to you. I believe the dialogue says that its not so talkative or something similar. And in which game there was a rather talkative skull greeting a guy waking up? Planescape Torment, of course! Considering that Chris Avellone worked on the game I don't think this is accidental at all. ^^
