Hi. I tried to do this quest but I am guessing that many ppl have experience the bug that you cant finish the quest. I experience bug when Tarquin have the dialog to send me to the island without acknowledging the first blade. Another thing i read was that if you are a lizard, you are suppose to have some interaction with the item, but it seems my lizard character didn't had any. Please help if possible. Will reload and try to avoid this quest first, but lost a good 5 hr worth of saves because i didnt increase the amount of quick save and didnt do regular save.
