Can you only craft one set? I have the components to create more sets and I'd like to make a new set at a higher level but when I craft the item the components disappear and I don't get a new set in my inventory.

I've had no problem crafting that armor multiple times.... I used one at every level from 18 to 21. Maybe check a backpack if you're withdrawing the components to craft from a backpack usually the item will end up there.

If you're truly not getting the item and losing materials, sounds like your savegame has a glitch
