I was editing skills for a mod and ran into an odd quirk. I found that changing AP cost (ActionPoints field) to 1 didn't register. This was true for several skills, not just a specific one.

However, changing the AP costs of skills higher than 2 (e.g. 4) did register, so I was editing the correct skills. Likewise, I could change the Cooldowns just fine.

This is despite there already being 1AP skills that work, so I'm not sure why changing other skills to 1AP (i.e. duplicating the values in the ActionPoints field) in the same manner doesn't work.

Your thoughts?
