For sure, it's not like Honor mode is any different than Tactician when it comes to numbers and with decent setup if you are halfway act 2, the rest is walk in the park.
Honour mode is the same as Tactician. If you know where all the possible instant wipe moments are, it should be not that hard to finish, if you already managed Tactician.
Like how you almost never die in Tactician after you know what fight has powerhouse bosses and know to update your gear. The lack of element of surprise is what will make many that cleared Tactician before feel like Honour should be harder.
