Basically, any script, I've noticed.

On the ship where the hooded figure is scripted to cast that spell on your ship, it will actually skip the character's turn who is first to act. For example, Ifan had the highest initiative, and his turn that round was completely lost.

In mordus's lich dungeon, the vases that transform. There's a script that will turn the vases into the undead that you fight. This event forcibly skips the person who is first in initiative order.

Any event where the enemy transforms before combat proceeds, for example against the doctor. It forcibly skips the first turn of whoever is going first.

I don't need to explain how bad this is, especially when the character you invested all those wits points really needs to go first.

This is a huge issue with some of the more difficult fights. I was so mad yesterday while fighting one certain Paladin that starts with K and he kept killing someone i wanted to protect because my turn got skipped every time.
Also that same fight, the one npc you need to protect is not actually in the fight so frost armor or fortify don't last on him longer than 10 seconds. Making it even more harder to keep him alive since all enemies one shot him.
I have loved this game all 102 hours i have played it so far until yesterday. I cursed this game to the deepest levels of hell.
Took pretty much whole day to finally win that fight keeping every one alive.
Lighting storm, that skill that costs 4 ap and 3 sp lasted 3 turns but did damage only on the first turn. So even that doesn't work.
I can't believe how long they polished this game and 1/5 of the skills in the game don't even work like intended.
I hope i manage to finish this game before i totally lose my nerves.
RNG also hates me. My lvl 20 characters many still using lvl 15-16 gear because if i find a good boots for example for my rogue, they require int to use which i have 10 on my rogue. Boots that have finess, dodge % and thievery requires int makes totally sense, right?
All the wrong stats in wrong gear.
