I play D:OS2 with a gamepad and when I use the inventory while sneaking, closing it breaks stealth.

This is an issue when your sneaking character is stealing heavy stuff and gets encumbered by it. In this case, the natural thing to do is to open the inventory and to send some heavy items to someone else in the party. If you do this with the gamepad, stealth is broken in the moment you close the inventory which will lead to an inglorious end of the burglary if you are in sight of a guard.

I found a workaround, but it's rather uncomfortable: Instead of closing the inventory with the gamepad, press ESC on your keyboard to open the main menu of D:OS 2. Then close the main menu with your gamepad. This will not only close the main menu but the inventory screen as well and it will not break stealth.
